You work for the California Geological Survey. Your supervisor has asked you to develop materials to reduce the time that people in your department spend talking on the phone and replying to e-mail.

Evaluation

Students will be graded based on their performance as judged on rubrics found on the pages for each area. Those working in groups will have a grade that is based on their contribution to the group as reported in their self-evaluation, group members evaluation, and teacher observation.
